Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sqwizflow AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Sqwizflow AI is a product designed for tendering teams across construction, supply, security, cleaning, ICT, logistics, professional services, and other procurement sectors to automate estimation, pricing, and tender documentation processes.

Sqwizflow AI utilizes advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to parse documents, extract data, and generate reports. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Service is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated pricing, quantities, and technical documentation before submission.Sqwizflow AI shall not be liable for any errors in bids or financial losses resulting from the use of automated tools.

Your uploaded documents (Tenders, BOQs, Company Profiles) are treated as strictly confidential. We implement enterprise-grade encryption and access controls. By using the Service, you grant Sqwizflow AI a limited license to process your data specifically for providing and improving your personalized estimation results. Your data is never shared with competitors or used to train public AI models without your explicit consent.

Access to premium features is based on subscription tiers (Pro, Team, Enterprise). Each tier includes a monthly allocation of "AI Tokens". Unused tokens do not roll over unless specified in your plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (ZAR/USD). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sqwizflow AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
